What is the cost of shipping?

Within the contiguous 48 states, our standard shipping is free. For outside the contiguous 48 states and expedited deliveries, the cost of shipping depends on both distance and weight.

How can I pay?

You can pay with all major credit cards as well as through PayPal.

What if I need an item delivered overnight?

No problem! Expedited shipping is not free, but there is an option to upgrade to either FedEx/UPS Next Day Air or FedEx/UPS 2nd Day Air. If you select expedited shipping, you will receive the item next day or 2nd day, except for holidays, as long as you place your order before 2 pm PST M-F.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We offer same day shipping if your place an order by 2PM PST. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped within one business day. Orders with free shipping usually take between 3-5 days to reach their destination. After shipping your order, we will send the shipment tracking number to your registered email address.

I received my tracking number, but why is there no information about the shipment?

It usually takes the carrier about one day to update their website with information about your shipment. If there is no information about your shipment right away, check again tomorrow. USPS normally does not provide delivery dates, but they guarantee delivery within 5 working days. UPS and FedEx provide delivery dates.

What is your return policy?

You can easily return an item you purchased by going to the Return page on our website and filling out the return request form. Please ensure all the information on the form is correct so that we can process your return quickly.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition they were received

  • If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, and we are notified within one week of arrival, we will offer a full refund or an exchange of equal value.

  • If the product was ordered in error, all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and the amount refunded will be minus a 20% restocking fee.


    (If the item or the order received free shipping, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the merchandise refund amount.)

    In no event shall our company be liable for product liability insurance, labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, rental car expenses, or any other expenses or damages to property or life that are caused by the use of a incorrect, broken or defective part(s) during and/or after installation, or caused by the use or misuse and/or installation of the part(s) you ordered.

    Do you provide price matching with your competitors?

    Currently, we do not provide any type of price matching with our competitors. However, we strive to have the best parts at the lowest prices in the market.

    How can I order a part for my car that isn’t on your website?

    All the parts that we currently offer are listed on our website. However, we expand our inventory on a regular basis so check our website in the future to see if we have started selling your desired part. You may also email us to request that we consider stocking a particular part in the future.

    Do you ship parts all over the world?

    No, currently we only ship within the United States.

    Can I place an order that ships to an APO or FPO address?

    We are currently unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses and cannot ship to PO boxes either.

    What does L and R mean?

    L stands for left and R stands for right. We use L and R to refer to the left and right side of a vehicle. The right side is the passenger's side and the left side is the driver's side.
